Terms & Conditions

1.
The additional costs of pay-per-click advertising are payable directly to Google for Google Ads and Microsoft for Microsoft Advertising.


2.
The account budget and the amount that is spent on pay-per-click advertising is the responsibility of the client.

3.
David Guy Marketing will send a report to the client each month showing data and statistics from their Analytics and Paid Search accounts.

4.
David Guy Marketing takes no responsibility for the content or compliance of the client’s advertisements, website, landing pages, or related marketing materials. It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure that all content complies with applicable laws, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, and data protection regulations (such as GDPR or equivalent laws worldwide). Where David Guy Marketing provides technical assistance (including but not limited to Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads or other platforms or analytics integrations), the client remains fully responsible for obtaining consent, maintaining compliance, and adhering to all relevant terms, conditions, and legal requirements.

5.
The monthly management service covers strategic discussions only and does not include training the client to use any features within Google Ads, Microsoft Ads or associated platforms. Training can be provided for a negotiated hourly fee.

7.
David Guy Marketing has the right to suspend or cancel the management of any marketing accounts due to non-payment by the client or unreasonable behavior on behalf of the client.

8.
David Guy Marketing can not guarantee that a client’s marketing campaign(s) will lead to an increase in business.

9.
If the client ceases trading during the period David Guy Marketing is providing a service, it is the responsibility of the client to contact David Guy Marketing so that the relevant adverts and landing pages are removed from displaying on the web.

10.
The client will not be tied into a monthly contract for a minimum period of time.

11.
The client can cancel the service at any time but may not be refunded for the period already paid for unless part of a money back guarantee agreement. The client must inform David Guy Marketing of their cancellation as soon as possible.

12.
The client will be given full access to their Google Ads or Microsoft Advertising accounts or any other Google or Microsoft properties controlled by David Guy Marketing upon request.
